Steps

2. Toss the prawns with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Grill prawns for 2-3 minutes on each side until opaque and slightly charred.
4. Arrange fresh green lettuce leaves neatly on a white plate.
5. Place grilled prawns on top of the lettuce.
6. In a blender, combine cilantro, green chili, garlic, lime juice, Greek yogurt, salt, and olive oil.
7. Blend until smooth and adjust seasoning if needed.
8. Pour the spicy green sauce into a small bowl and serve alongside the prawns.
9. Serve immediately, ideally in bright natural light to enhance colors.
