Chia Yogurt Parfait

A simple and nutritious chia seed yogurt parfait that's quick to make and requires minimal cleanup. Perfect for a healthy breakfast or snack.

Steps

1. In a small bowl or jar, mix the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup until well combined. 2. Stir in the chia seeds thoroughly. 3. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to allow the chia seeds to absorb some moisture. 4. Layer the mixed berries on top of the yogurt and chia mixture. 5. Sprinkle chopped nuts if using. 6. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 hour for a thicker texture.
