Grilled Lemon Herb Chicken

Steps

1. In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper. 2. Place the chicken breast in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. 4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade. Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. 5. Remove the grilled chicken from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve hot.
