Steps
1. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
2. Add half of the basil pesto to the turkey mixture and mix well.
3. Form the mixture into a patty.
4. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
5. Cook the turkey patty for about 5-6 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
6. Toast the bun lightly if desired.
7. Spread the remaining pesto on the bun.
8. Assemble the burger by placing lettuce, the cooked turkey patty, and sliced tomato on the bun.
9. Serve immediately.
