1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. 3. Add the diced tomatoes and dried basil. Simmer for 5 minutes, letting the flavors meld. 4. Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
