Garlic Tomato Veg Pasta

Steps

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). 3. Add diced tomatoes, bell peppers, and zucchini to the pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender. 4. Season the vegetable mixture with salt and black pepper. 5. Toss the cooked pasta into the pan with the vegetables. Mix well to combine and heat through. 6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan if desired.
