Garlic Tomato Pasta

A delicious and easy-to-make pasta dish with a garlicky tomato sauce.

Steps

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. 2. While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. 3. Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant. 4. Dice the tomatoes and add them to the pan. Cook for a few minutes until softened. 5. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste. 6. Toast the bread slices until golden brown. 7. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the pan with the garlic tomato sauce. Mix well to coat the pasta. 8. Serve the pasta with toasted bread on the side. Optionally, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top. 9. Enjoy!
