Steps
1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Lower heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring gently.
4. Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and sauce thickens.
5. Season with salt and black pepper.
6. Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce until well coated.
7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
