Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
3. Rub the garlic herb mixture over the chicken breast, ensuring it's evenly coated.
4. Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
7. Serve with a lemon wedge for added brightness.
