Garlic-Chicken Sandwich

Steps

1. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, chopped tomatoes, and cooked chicken. 2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the butter. Once melted, add the chicken mixture. Cook, stirring often, for about 5 minutes or until heated through. 3. Toast or warm the slices of bread in the skillet. 4. Assemble the sandwich by spooning the chicken mixture onto one slice of toasted bread. Top with the other slice of toasted bread and serve immediately.
