Garlic Butter Steamed Clams

Steps

1. Rinse clams under cold water to remove any sand. 2. In a medium pan, melt butter over medium heat. 3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. 4. Pour in white wine and bring to a simmer. 5. Add clams to the pan and cover with a lid. 6. Steam clams for 5-7 minutes until all clams have opened. Discard any unopened clams. 7. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle fresh parsley on top. 8. Squeeze lemon wedge over clams before serving.
