Steps

1. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and thyme on both sides. 2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Bring to a simmer. 6. Return the chicken to the skillet, cover, and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. 7. Remove the chicken again, and stir in the butter until melted, creating a silky sauce. 8. Serve the chicken drizzled with the wine sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.
