Steps

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the diced onion until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. 3. Add the broccoli florets and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until slightly tender. 4. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper until well combined. 5. Pour the eggs over the sautéed vegetables in the skillet, stirring gently to combine. 6. Cook on the stovetop for 2-3 minutes until the edges begin to set. 7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the frittata is fully set and lightly golden on top. 8. If desired, sprinkle grated cheese on top during the last 2 minutes of baking. 9. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
