Steps
1. In a bowl, whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt and pepper until slightly frothy.

4. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift and the surface is set, then carefully flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before adding your desired fillings and rolling into wraps.
