Easy Lamb-Lentils Dish

This tasty and easy dish is perfect to make a quick warming and fulfilling meal.

Steps

1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. 2. Add the onion and garlic into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened. 3. Increase the heat to high and add the lamb. Mix and cook together for a few minutes. 4. Add the lentils into the pan and stir to combine. 5. Add the tomato paste, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt and pepper and stir to combine. 6. Add the vegetable stock and stir again. 7. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan and leave to simmer for 25 minutes. 8. Serve and enjoy!
