Steps

1. Preheat oven to 200°C. 2. Place salmon filets on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle garlic powder and a pinch of salt and pepper. 3. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 12 – 14 minutes or until fish is cooked through. 4. Toast the brioche bun. 5. Assemble your burger by topping the prepared bun with the salmon patty, grated cheese, and onion jam. 6. Serve and enjoy!
