Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Cook the chicken breast for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
4. In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
5. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
6. Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine, heating until slightly thickened.
7. Return the chicken to the pan and spoon the creamy spinach sauce over it.
8. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top if using, then simmer for another 2 minutes.
9. Serve warm.
