Steps

1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 3. Cook the chicken breast for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside. 4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. 5. Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes. 6. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. 7. Add Parmesan cheese and simmer for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly. 8. Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the creamy spinach sauce. 9. Serve warm.
