Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the chicken breast and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
4. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise with minced garlic.
5. Lower heat and spread the garlic mayonnaise over the chicken in the skillet.
6. Cook for 1-2 minutes more until the sauce is warmed and slightly thickened.
7. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve.
