Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Season the chicken fillet with salt and pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sear the chicken fillet until golden on both sides but not fully cooked, about 3 minutes per side.
4. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
5. Place the seared chicken fillet in a small baking dish.
6. Pour the egg and cream mixture over the chicken.
7. Sprinkle the grated cheese evenly on top.
8. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and golden.
9. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
10. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve warm.
