Coffee-Crusted Pork Chop

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. Mix together ground coffee, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. 3. Pat the pork chop dry with paper towels, and coat evenly with the coffee mixture. 4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Put pork chop in the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes on each side to brown the coffee crust. 5. Move the skillet with the pork chop to the oven and bake for 12-14 minutes until the internal temperature of the pork chop is 145 degrees Fahrenheit. 6. Take the skillet out of the oven and let the pork chop rest for a few minutes before cutting and serving.
