Steps
1. Marinate the chicken thigh in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
2. In a shallow bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
3. Remove the chicken from the buttermilk, letting excess drip off.
4. Dredge the chicken thoroughly in the seasoned flour mixture.
5. Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C).
6. Carefully place the chicken in the hot oil and fry for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and cooked through.
