Classic Pepperoni Pizza

A delicious, homemade pepperoni pizza featuring a crispy crust, rich tomato sauce, melted mozzarella cheese, and spicy pepperoni slices. Perfect for a satisfying single-serving meal.

Steps

1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F). 2. Lightly flour a clean surface and roll out the pizza dough into a 20cm circle. 3. Place the dough on a baking tray or pizza stone. 4. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. 5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce. 6. Arrange the pepperoni slices evenly on top of the cheese. 7. Drizzle olive oil over the pizza and sprinkle with dried oregano and a pinch of salt. 8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned. 9. Remove from oven, let cool for 2 minutes, slice, and serve.
