Classic Ham & Cheese Lettuce Sandwich with Herb Mayo and Chips

Steps

1. Carefully slice each sandwich bread horizontally like a book. 2. Spread 15 g of plain mayonnaise on the inside face of each bread slice. 3. On one slice of each sandwich, layer the lettuce leaves evenly. 4. Add a layer of fresh spinach leaves over the lettuce. 5. Place tomato slices evenly over the spinach. 6. Add 40 g of sliced cheese on top of the tomatoes. 7. Finally, layer 40 g of sliced ham over the cheese. 8. Close the sandwich with the other bread slice and press gently. 9. Cut each sandwich diagonally into two halves. 10. Arrange the four sandwich halves side by side on a rectangular or bistro-style plate. 11. Place the chips on the left side of the plate. 12. Add a small dollop or thin streak of herb mayonnaise on the right side. 13. Sprinkle the finely chopped parsley over the sandwiches for garnish. 14. Serve immediately and enjoy.
