Steps

3. Add water gradually and continue blending until the hummus reaches a creamy, spreadable consistency.
4. Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt or lemon juice if desired.
5. Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with a little olive oil, and garnish with paprika and chopped parsley.
6. Serve with pita bread, vegetables, or use as a spread.
