Lemon Herb Pan-Seared Fish

A light and flavorful pan-seared fish dish infused with fresh lemon and aromatic herbs. Perfect for a quick, healthy, and satisfying main course.

Steps

1. Pat the fish fillet dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper. 2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. 3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. 4. Place the fish fillet in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on one side until golden and cooked halfway through. 5. Flip the fish carefully and cook for another 3-4 minutes until fully cooked and flaky. 6. Squeeze lemon juice over the fish and sprinkle with chopped parsley and dill. 7. Remove from heat and serve immediately with a lemon wedge on the side.
