Steps

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. In a bowl, mix apple slices, raisins, lemon juice, sugar, and cinnamon. 3. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface into a rectangle. 4. Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the pastry to absorb moisture. 5. Spread the apple mixture over the breadcrumbs, leaving a 1-inch border. 6. Fold in the sides and carefully roll the pastry to enclose the filling. 7. Place the roll seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 8. Brush the pastry with melted butter. 9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown. 10. Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
