Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the pastry to absorb moisture. 5. Spread the apple mixture over the breadcrumbs, leaving a 1-inch border. 6. Fold in the sides and carefully roll the pastry to enclose the filling. 7. Place the roll seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 8. Brush the pastry with melted butter. 9.
