Churro With Hot Chocolate Dip

This sweet treat is an adaptation of traditional Spanish churros. Enjoy this sugary, deep-fried snack with an indulgent hot chocolate dip, perfect to share with friends and family!

Steps

1. In a small bowl, mix 3 tablespoons vegetable oil with 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 2. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. When hot, carefully drop in the 8 inch churro. Fry for approximately 4 minutes, flipping as needed to ensure even cooking. 3. Once golden brown and cooked through, take the churro out of the pan and let it cool on a paper towel-lined plate. 4. In a small saucepan, place 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips. Heat over low heat. Add 1/3 cup heavy cream and stir until combined. 5. Drizzle the churro with the chocolate dip and serve hot!
