Steps
1. In a small bowl, combine cocoa powder, grated dark chocolate, smoked paprika, cumin, chili powder, and salt to make the spice rub.
2. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the chicken breast.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Add the chicken breast and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
5. Drizzle honey over the chicken in the last minute of cooking to add a slight glaze.
6. Remove from heat and let the chicken rest for 3 minutes.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
