Steps
1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
2. Add cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the blender.
3. Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
4. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary, blending again if needed.
5. Spoon the mousse into a serving dish and chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
6. Serve chilled, garnished with fresh berries if desired.
