Steps

1. Season the chicken breast with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. 2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the chicken breast until cooked through. Set aside. 3. In the same pan, add the carrot and potato. Sauté for 5 minutes until slightly softened. 4. Add the diced tomato and cook for another 2 minutes. 5. Slice the cooked chicken breast into thin strips. 6. In a serving bowl, assemble the rice, sautéed vegetables, and sliced chicken. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
