1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, mozzarella, parsley, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined. 3. Carefully butterfly the chicken breast by slicing it horizontally, but not all the way through. 4. Stuff the chicken breast with the cheese mixture and secure it with toothpicks or kitchen twine. 5. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the stuffed chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. 6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F). 7.
