Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the bread cubes to the mixture and stir gently to coat. Fold in the shredded cheese until evenly distributed. Grease a small baking dish with olive oil and pour the bread mixture into it.
