Charcoal-Smoked Yogurt Chicken

A smoky twist on traditional marinated chicken with yogurt, infused with aromatic spices and finished with a charcoal dum.

Steps

1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, whole spices powder, and salt. 2. Marinate the chicken in this mixture for at least 30 minutes. 3. Heat ghee in a pan and add the marinated chicken. Cook on low flame until the chicken is tender. 4. In a small bowl, place a piece of charcoal and heat until red hot. Place this hot charcoal in the pan with the chicken. 5. Quickly drizzle some more ghee over the charcoal and cover the pan immediately to infuse the chicken with smoky flavor. 6. Let it sit for a few minutes before serving hot.
