Steps
1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add sliced chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
4. Add red bell pepper slices and pineapple chunks to the pan, stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
5. Mix soy sauce, honey, and chili flakes in a small bowl, then pour into the pan.
6. Toss everything together to coat evenly and cook for another 2 minutes.
7. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped spring onions if desired.
8. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
