Steps

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. In a bowl, mix diced apple, breadcrumbs, parsley, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. 3. Slice the pork tenderloin lengthwise, creating a pocket for the stuffing. 4. Stuff the pork with the apple mixture. 5. Heat olive oil in an ovenproof skillet and sear the pork on all sides. 6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the pork reaches desired doneness. 7. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
