Steps
1. Cook the chicken breast if not already cooked, then slice it into strips.
2. In a bowl, mix the chopped pickles, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
3. Lay the whole wheat wrap flat and place the lettuce in the center.
4. Add the sliced chicken on top of the lettuce, then spoon the pickle mixture over the chicken.
5. Roll the wrap tightly from one end, folding in the sides as you go.
6. Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for later.
