This spicy tomato pasta with garlic and onions is a great vegan Asian-style main dish.

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. 2. Add the garlic and onions, and cook for about 1 minute, stirring frequently. 3. Add the bell peppers and tomatoes, and cook for about 1 minute. 4. Add the pasta and cook for another 3 minutes, stirring frequently. 5. Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with parsley. 6. Serve warm.
