1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to make the sauce. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. 3. Add bell pepper and broccoli florets, stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp. 5. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly.
