Steps
1. In a small saucepan, mix custard powder with a little bit of cold milk to make a smooth paste.
2. Heat the remaining milk with sugar over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
3. Slowly pour the custard paste into the warm milk while stirring continuously.
4. Cook until the mixture thickens into a smooth custard, then remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
5. Let the custard cool to room temperature.
6. In a serving glass, layer diced dragon fruit, mango, and jackfruit.
7. Pour half of the cooled custard over the fruit layer.
8. Add another layer of mixed fruits.
9. Top with the remaining custard.
10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
