Tea-Infused Chicken Stir-Fry

This unique stir-fry combines the robust flavors of your favorite tea with tender chicken and vibrant vegetables for a delightful main dish. It's a quick and healthy meal that's perfect for any occasion.

Steps

1. Start by marinating the chicken breast in brewed green tea, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic for at least 15 minutes. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. 3. Add the marinated chicken (reserve the marinade) and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. 4. Remove the chicken and set aside. In the same pan, add the mixed bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender. 5. Add the reserved marinade to the vegetables and let it simmer for 2 minutes. 6. Return the chicken to the pan and stir well to combine. 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve over cooked rice or noodles if desired.
