Steps
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a small ramekin or baking dish.
2. Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir in granulated and brown sugar until combined.
3. Add the egg and mix well.
4. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt; fold gently to combine.
5. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
6. Pour half of the brownie batter into the ramekin.
7. Dollop cream cheese mixture over the batter, then sprinkle chopped strawberries.
8. Cover with remaining brownie batter; gently swirl with a toothpick to create a marbled effect.
9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until edges are set but center is slightly soft.
10. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
