Spicy Tuna & Chicken Pasta Bake

A hearty and flavorful pasta bake featuring whole grain spaghetti, tender chicken, and a spicy tuna twist, topped with creamy goat cheese and a hint of hot sauce for an extra kick.

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). 2. Cook the whole grain spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain and set aside. 3. In a skillet, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent. 4. Add the shredded chicken, tuna, diced tomato, and corn to the skillet, mixing well. 5. In a bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, mustard, hot sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika. 6. Combine the cooked spaghetti with the chicken and tuna mixture, then pour the egg mixture over it, mixing until well combined. 7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and crumble the goat cheese on top. 8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly. 9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
