Steps
1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add chicken slices and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5 minutes.
4. Mix soy sauce, honey, and chili flakes in a small bowl.
5. Add bell peppers and snap peas to the pan, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until crisp-tender.
6. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stir well to coat.
7. Cook for another minute until sauce thickens slightly.
8. Remove from heat, garnish with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onion.
9. Serve warm as a side dish.
