1. Cook the cold noodles according to package instructions, then rinse under cold water and drain. 2. In a bowl, mix the chili sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt to create a dressing. 3. In a serving bowl, combine the cold noodles, cucumber, carrot, and dressing. Toss gently to coat. 4. Carefully peel the boiled quail eggs and place them on top of the noodles. 5.
