Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the sliced red bell pepper and broccoli florets; sauté for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
3. Stir in the chickpeas, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Remove from heat and squeeze lime juice over the stir-fry.
5. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
