Spicy Chicken Wing Curry

Steps

1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. 2. Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown. 3. Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger, cook for 1 minute. 4. Add pureed tomato, turmeric, cumin, coriander, chili powder, and salt. Cook until oil separates from the masala. 5. Add chicken wings and coat them well with the spice mixture. 6. Pour in coconut milk and bring to a gentle simmer. 7. Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes, turning wings occasionally, until fully cooked and tender. 8. Sprinkle garam masala and mix well. 9. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice or flatbread.
