Steps

1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear. 2. In a small pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. 3. Add the rinsed rice to the pot and toast it for about 2 minutes, stirring frequently. 4. Pour in the water and add the salt, black pepper, and paprika. 5.
