Steps
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
2. Shape the mixture into small sausage-like kofta shapes and thread them onto skewers.
3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the kofta for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and nicely browned.
4. Meanwhile, prepare the tzatziki sauce by combining grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, chopped mint, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Mix well.
5. Serve the hot lamb kofta skewers with a generous dollop of tzatziki sauce on the side.
