Steps
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the chicken breast.
4. Place the chicken in a small baking dish and scatter fresh cranberries around it.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and juices run clear.
6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
7. Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig and serve with the roasted cranberries.
